Before you contact support
Most issues can be solved quickly by checking the correct section below. Please read carefully before submitting a request.
- Check your order status from "Orders" section
- Refunds take 6–7 working days after approval
- Login issues can be fixed by resetting password
- Selling issues are handled from seller dashboard
Orders & Delivery
You can track your order status anytime from the orders page. If your order is delayed, it may be due to courier processing or high demand.
Payments & Refunds
We support secure payments. If payment is successful but order not confirmed, it will be auto-adjusted or refunded within a few days.
Account Issues
If you cannot login, reset your password using your email. Make sure your account is verified before accessing all features.
Selling on QuickSell
Sellers can list products easily. Make sure product details, images, and pricing are correct before publishing.
